House tour : Dark Interior on a $10,000 budget

The project was simple : 
A 1,200 square feet one bedroom apartment on a $10,000 budget.
Really interesting furniture + unique colorful decorative elements make the interiors of this house one of the best moody houses I've ever seen.
Is it too dark for your taste?
