Το πρώτο μαγαζί που θα δούμε είναι το 'The gourmet tea'.
Ένα σπίτι, το οποίο μετέτρεψε ο Alan Chu σε αυτό το μινιμαλ lounge μαγαζί το οποίο προσφέρει 35 διαφορετικές γεύσεις τσαγιού.
Έχει καταφέρει να προσθέσει χρώμα και ζωντάνια, χωρίς να κουράζει το μάτι του επισκέπτη αλλά και να κρατήσει τη μινιμαλ αισθητική του.
