On Tuesdays we like walking in the light

Yesterday I was walking down my favorite street in the center of Athens with John John and I saw this amazing light over our heads.
Did you ever get a strange, warm feeling
that you can't explain? If I could "print" this feeling in a photo , this first photo would be it.

Fashionable tattoos: First Uncle Karl,Now Marc.

Personally, I'm not much of a tattoo person..
I don't judge them ,I really like them on other people , I just believe that in our days it is something more like a trend., in the last 4 years I saw everybody around me inking themselves .. Letters , phrases , crowns , stars..

Oh the stars! They are everywhere!
It's like the white cars' trend; in 3 years' time we'll see all these white cars in the streets and think 'This car was definitely bought in 2009 or 2010.'

I think tattoos need to be decided only if you have something really important to "write" on your skin.
Something that you'll want to remember for every single day of the rest of your life.

On the other hand I was always a big fan of temporary body paint!
Henna (mostly during the summer) or even with a simple pen , I was always expressed my self on my body (especially during highschool)..
I think the fact that a tattoo can't be undone makes me really nervous.

So if you're dealing with commitment issues like me ,
Chanel and Louis Vuitton have the perfect way to help us!

Temporary fashionable tattoos!

Fifty-five exclusive [packaged under the name of Les Trompe L'Oeil de Chanel] individual temporary tattoos, referencing iconic CHANEL symbols and codes, hand-drawn by Global Creative Director of Makeup, Peter Philips,
for the Spring-Summer 2010 Fashion Show in Paris.

You can order them online at chanel.com for 75$ and since March you can also find them in international department stores such as Selfridges.

Louis Vuitton is following the 'transfer tattoo' trend ass well.
(Sorry Marc , Uncle Karl launched it first!)

Marc Jacobs asked from Scott Campbell , famous New York based (tattoo) artist
(Also Marc's personal tattoo artist) to customize for the Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 Menswear , a number of leather bags .
He designed
temporary LV tattoos based on Chinese astrology all over the runway models necks as well.Lets hope that they'll make it into boutiques next Spring.

Fashion & Cupcakes

Karl Lagerfeld
once said in an interview with Focus magazine: "These are fat mummies sitting with their bags of crisps in front of the television, saying that thin models are ugly"

The creative director of the fashion hous
e Chanel added that the world of fashion was all to do "with dreams and illusions, and no one wants to see round women"

So I found some cupcakes that you'll never want to eat!

You'll only wish they were plastic and a part of your kitchen decor!

Cupcakes inspired by Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin, Agent Provocateur and Betsey Johnson.
They are styled by Lisa Edsaland shot by Swede photographer
Therese Aldgard.

Chios Island,Day 2

On the second day of our trip we visited Avlonia beach. Avlonia is located at the South part of the island, near Mesta village (about 5 Km in the south). It is a beautiful beach with thick sand and very small pebbles that spreads out to become one with the deep, crystal waters.Apparently it was our lucky day because we were the only visitors yesterday! The whole beach just for us!
I also tried to play bowling in the afternoon but a 5 year-old girl next to me achieved a bigger score and I'm still trying to forget about it!The good thing is that I convinced the owner of the bowling place to let me play in my own shoes!
