Things that made me smile {May}

1. My daily routine: Fresh fruit & Design
2. Taking a break, walking around my neighborhood
3. The outfit I chose for the airport
4. The view of my hometown (Thessaloniki) from my plane window
4. One of the best moments of our getaway to Greece: Sunny breakfast at home
5. The lying in my garden with my big fat Greek cat Luis

I hope you're still out there my online friends. I know I've been quiet lately and Unidentified Lifestyle was on pause for a while, but I had a pretty good reason for that. On the 15th of September I've moved to London to start a new life and get a second degree in Interior Architecture, today, nine months later I have two major reasons to be happy and celebrate. I've finished my degree and turned 25! It was an amazing year, I have met so many wonderful people and learned so much. I will never regret the decision I took one year and a half ago. I've been working really hard on my portfolio and the final project for my uni work for last 25 days, but 10 days ago  John John and I decided to fly back to Greece just for a weekend, which is the perfect amount of time to enjoy the sun and recharge our batteries.
How are you? What have you been up to lately?
I have so much catching up to do on your blogs!

But for now, I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking!

Office space of the day & feng shui

The next two weeks will be the last weeks of my second degree in Interior Architecture and I couldn't be more excited. Excited and tired of course. This means I don't have plenty of time for my blog and also I don't have enough time to sleep. But I love every single moment. Creativity is what keeps me going.  So this is the perfect timing to share some of my favorite office spaces with you and a few Feng Shui tips. It may sound kind of weird to you, to arrange your home/office in order to create a peaceful environment but the Chinese believe that there energies all around us, in everything, even in our apartment or office space and we can change these energies. Even if you don't believe in the ancient art of Feng Shui, try it, you don't have anything to lose! It's really important to have a clean and bright office space, we work better in well-organized spaces that have a strong and positive energy.
Do you believe in Feng Shui ? Do you have any special tips to share with us?

House tour: Parisian apartment

If you don't already know it, I'm kind of in love with Paris. Well, more obsessed than in love. Every time I visit Paris I feel something really special, I have a special bond with the language, the nature, food, the apartments. So when I saw this post on trendland my heart kind of skipped a beat. A 2,150 sqm (200M²) apartment located in the neighborhood of Saint Eustache, decorated by German-French interior designer Josephine Gintzburger. I would love to design an apartment like this one day. Notice the mixture of materials, the way the designer managed to combine strong colors with each other. A unique, vivid space, that I can't take my eyes off it.
What do you think? How would you feel if you lived in an apartment like this one?

Have a lovely day

House tour: romantic house on Formentera island

This is a gorgeous apartment with a strong personality. It belongs to a woman named Christina and it's located on Formentera island (Remember this post about Formentera island?) This island has so many beautiful houses that makes me wanna visit it as soon as possible. I love the feminine aesthetics and the natural materials that have been used such as wood and stone.

I hope you're having a lovely week!

Fashion meets Decor: Black&White

Add black curtains &  black bedspreads (in large, high ceiling bedrooms) to create an elegant atmosphere. Exactly like you would wear them.

Black and white can also be used to create an modern interior. Use a  minimalistic black bed as a key element in your bedroom and make it look stylish and sophisticated. Exactly how you would combine your leather jacket and a romantic dress.

I love the quote 'When in doubt, wear black'. Black express class, luxury and simplicity, but I love it even more when it's combined with white. A powerful contrast that makes women who wear black and white prettier and apartments that are "dressed" in black and white look unique. Today Unidentified Lifestyle is exploring the relationship between Fashion, Decor and black&white.
What do you think?
Do you prefer to wear black & white or use it in your apartment?
